Brooke Kalman is the head softball coach for MIT. In her first season as head coach (2018-19) coach Kalman guided the "Engineers" to a 30-12-1 overall record and 3 wins in the NCAA Regionals. Prior to MIT, Brooke was the head softball coach for Franklin & Marshall (2018) and Ripon College (2017), and an assistant coach for Ursinus College (2015, 2016). A 2014 graduate of Gettysburg College, Brooke was a two-time captain and a four-year letter winner while earning Second Team All-Conference honors as a senior. A talented catcher, Brooke ranks fourth in Gettysburg history for runners caught stealing, as well as 12th in career fielding percentage at .977. Brooke is available for softball hitting, catching and general skills instruction.
